What is Matrix Reimprinting?

Matrix Reimprinting (Matrix) was created by UK EFT Master Karl Dawson. It is a highly advanced version of a technique used in EFT called The Movie Technique. In very simple terms, EFT helps you recall past events and allows you to reduce the emotional intensity you feel when thinking about at these moments. Matrix Reimprinting allows you to think back to particular events and actually help your younger self change how they perceive what is happening that moment, freeing you from negative core beliefs that are no longer useful to hold on to. With EFT you are watching your life movie, with Matrix you are in your life movie!

How does it work?

Like EFT, Matrix is a very safe, gentle, tapping therapy that is very accessible and empowering. As your practitioner I will help guide you through the process of accessing past events but you will always be in control of what you are doing. I will ensure that you have all the resources you need to keep yourself feeling safe and I will support you to reimprint the past so that you can move forward in your life and ultimately be in control of your own healing.

It is not advised to use Matrix with children younger than seven years of age. 

What is Matrix used for?

Matrix can help with all the same areas as EFT and is wonderful at helping clients to access trauma that occurred in your most formative years (O-6), when most of our core beliefs are created. This means that change can happen quickly but, like EFT, there is no need for a client to be triggered and become distressed in a session.  

If you do not know what is driving you to act in the way you do, or can't place what triggers your stress, fears or blocks, this is a great therapy for you. Matrix will help you relearn a huge amount about yourself. It really does have quite amazing results.
